Iran's steel products production had a 3 percent growth in the current Iranian year(started March 21,2021).
Statistics from big companies in mine and mineral industries indicate 6.2 million tons of steel ingot and 3.9 million tons of steel products , Trend reports citing IRNA.
Big steel companies have produced 6.183 million tons of steel ingot in the first three months of the current Iranian year and had 9 percent growth compared to the same time in the last Iranian year (started March 20,2020).
Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company has produced 2.6 million tons steel ingot that was 43 percent of country's total steel ingot production while South Kaveh Steel Company had the most growth in production among steel companies in the country by 80 percent.
In regard to steel products statistics show 3.895 tons of steel products were produced in the first three months of the current Iranian year that had a 3 percent growth compared to same time in last Iranian year.
