Iran is planning to establish two new industrial zones in West Azerbaijan and Kermanshah provinces, Trend reports citing IRNA.
Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization have approved to establish a 30-hectare area to an industrial zone in Piranshahr County in West Azerbaijan Province and a 41-hectare area for another area in Sonqor Country in Kermanshah Province.
Iran has developed and created 24 industrial cities and zones in 13 provinces from June 22 to October 24 for increasing investment and sustainable jobs.
There are currently 506 cities and 326 industrial zones alongside three special economic zones underway to operation.
