BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 9. Iran's export of non-oil products to Azerbaijan amounted to 776,000 tons worth $624 million in the last Iranian year (from March 21, 2023, through March 19, 2024), the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration said, Trend reports.
According to the statistics, in the last Iranian year, the country's non-oil exports to Azerbaijan decreased by 4.6 percent in value terms and increased by 1.4 percent in weight terms compared to the previous year (from March 21, 2022, through March 20, 2023).
According to the figures, Iran's non-oil exports to Azerbaijan
were 765,000 tons worth $654 million in the same period last
year.
Meanwhile, Iran's main exports to Azerbaijan were agricultural and
food items, industrial products, petrochemicals, and chemicals.
Statistics show that in the 12th month of the last Iranian year (from February 20 through March 19, 2024), the country's non-oil exports to Azerbaijan amounted to 68,100 tons valued at $64 million.
To note, according to the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration, the country's exports of non-oil products in the last Iranian year amounted to more than 136 million tons worth $49.3 billion. Compared to the previous year, Iran's non-oil exports decreased by 8.87 percent in value terms and increased by 9.82 percent in weight terms.
