Azerbaijan, Baku, Jun.2 /Trend F.Eminli/

Mismanagement is the biggest challenge and threat to the country, Presidential candidate Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said.

The next administration is duty-bound to make optimum use of the existing capacities to resolve the current problems at the earliest, the Fars News Agency quoted Qalibaf as saying.

He made the remarks during a meeting with religious leaders and supporters in Mazandaran and Golestan Provinces.

Iranians shouldn't be concerned about the economy because the country has what it takes to fix all the economic issues, he said.

The principlist candidate went on to note that the Iranian nation will soon create another political event on June 14, as advised by the leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

Iran will hold the 11th presidential election on June 14, 2013.

The voters will select the successor of the current President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who is not able to participate in the elections for the third term according to the country's constitutional laws.

The president of Iran is elected for a four-year term in a national election and the Guardian Council vets the candidates for qualifications.
