The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) tries to publish impartial reports based on realities on Iran's nuclear program.

IAEA director general Yukiya Amano said he prefers to resolve any dispute within the framework of negotiation and discourse, Iran's ISNA news agency reported on September 20.

He made the remarks in a meeting in Tehran with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

"IAEA has adopted a progressive policy to move forward step by step regarding Iran's nuclear program and tries to publish impartial reports based on realities in this regard," he added.

Rouhani, for his part, said: "All of us are seeking the same target and that is to establish peace, security, and confidence among nations."

Amano arrived in Tehran on September 20. His visit aims to discuss ways to implement a cooperation roadmap plan signed between Tehran and the IAEA in July.
