Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is scheduled to meet his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow next week, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement, Trend reports citing IRNA.
The two foreign ministers are expected to meet next Wednesday (May 8), according to the statement.
Zarif and Lavrov meet regularly to discuss issues of bilateral and multilateral importance.
Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also said last week that the two ministers had exchanged views, in a telephone conversation, on a different range of issues, including Iran nuclear deal and Astana Troika meeting, which is aimed at finding a peaceful settlement to the Syrian crisis.
The two foreign ministers also talked about mutual cooperation and timetable for future meetings.
