A member of Iran's Chamber of Commerce announced over $20 billion of oil revenues by the end of the current Iranian year (ends on March 21, 2022).
Irans oil revenues over the last 30 years were an average of $45 billion, n some years, that figure rose to more than $114 billion, and in other years it declined to about $5 billion, Hamid Hosseini said, Trend reports citing YJC.
Referring to the growing trend of Iranian oil exports, he said about $20 billion of oil revenues have been predicted for the current year.
He went on to say that the oil exports have improved smoothly since last year.
“We also hope that the ongoing Vienna negotiations will go well and lead to the lifting of sanctions and Iran's return to world markets.”
Referring to the potential for export of 2.5 million barrels of oil per day next year, he said that during this period, we have stored a large amount of crude oil and gas condensate in the country.
“We can quickly return to the global oil market and increase exports to 2.5 million barrels per day. At the same time, we can activate inactive wells and increase production,” he added.
