Iran continues the COVID-19 vaccination process and compliance with health instructions in public places, said the Iranian President, Trend reports citing IRNA.

Ebrahim Raisi thanked China and other countries for sending vaccines to Iran and calling for continuous humanitarian cooperation between friendly countries.

The country's policy is to comply with health protocols in the re-opening of schools, universities, gyms, and Friday prayer.

The precise border control for arrivals and departures is being applied at the country's international airports and other borders.

The National Headquarters to Control Coronavirus has rolled back some restrictions as the infection rate has been declining.

The Iranian Health Ministry announced that around 70 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered across the country.
