President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski been officially welcomed in Azerbaijan.
A guard of honor was lined up for the Polish President at the square decorated with the national flags of the two countries.

The International Conference "Silk Road" held in Chicago was focused on the energy security issues, the Azerbaijani Consulate General in Los Angeles reported.

The Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions in the nameless heights in the Gedabey region at 09.05-09.30 on July 24, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
Further, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions outside the Tapgaragoyunlu village in the Goranboy region at 14.30-14.45 and from positions outside the Ashagi Abdulrahmanli and Horadiz villages in the 00.25- 00.30 and 00.35- 00.40 on July 25, the ministry reported.
The Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani troops from positions in the nameless heights in the Dashkesen region at 15:30-15:50 on July 25, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
Further the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops outside the Javahirli village in the Agdam region at 05:20-05:30 on July 26, the ministry said.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire.

Azerbaijan strongly protests to UN Secretary-General against provocative actions and statements of the Armenian side, said Trend in informational office of UN.
"Azerbaijan strongly protests against provocative actions and statements of the Armenian side, finds the aggressor's insolent behaviour as obvious manifestation of impunity for its crimes and considers the defiant rhetoric of the Armenian leadership as having the sole purpose of discrediting the ongoing conflict settlement process, misleading the international community and drawing its own public's attention away from the country's aggravating internal problems" said in letter addressed to the Secretary-General of UN by Tofig Musayev - a.i. of the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan in United Nation.

On July 27, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire to the Azerbaijani troops from the positions outside the Tapqaraqoyunlu village in the Goranboy region at 12.30-12.40, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
Also, on July 28, the fire was opened to Azerbaijani troops:
- from the nameless heights in the Jabrayil region at 03.35-03.40;
- from the positions outside the Ashagi Abdurrahmanli, Horadiz and Qorqan villages in the Fuzuli region at 00.40-00.50, 03.35-03.40 and 03.32-03.40.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No causalities were reported.
July 28
The Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions in the nameless heights outside the Tapgaragoyunlu village in the Goranboy region at 17.05-17.15 on July 28, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
Further, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions in the nameless heights in the Goygol region at 19.50-20.05, from positions outside the Javahirli village in the Agdam region at 23.35-23.45, the ministry said.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire.
July 29
A 23-year old officer of the Azerbaijani Armed forces killed.
Officer Elshad Hasanov was wounded as a result of the ceasefire violation by the Armenian Armed forces from positions in the occupied Yusifjanli village in the Agdam region, the Azerbaijani Defense ministry reported.
The ministry reported that Hasanov died at 8:30 pm on July 29.
Hasanov was enlisted from the Mingachevir Military Commissariat.
The Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions in the nameless heights in the Dashkesen region at 15:10- 15:35 and in the nameless heights in the Gadabay region at 20:55- 21:10 on July 29, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
Further, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions outside the Yusifjanli and Javahirli villages in the Agdam region at 20.30-20.33 and 21.40-21.50, and 02:30- 02:50 on July 30.
The Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at the Azerbaijani troops from positions outside the Ashagi Abdulrahmanli and Garakhanbayli villages in the Fuzuli region at 00.15-00.20, 02.07-02.12 and 02.05-02.10, the Ministry reported.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire.
