Additional funds allocated for construction of Jalilabad-Yardimli highway Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on additional measures in connection with the continuation of the construction of the Jalilabad-Yardimli highway. According to the decree, 3 million manat envisaged in the state budget-2017 was allocated from the president’s reserve fund to Azeravtoyol OJSC to continue construction of the Jalilabad-Yardimli highway.
