Oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) henceforth considers useless any dialogue with the authorities, ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan stated on Tuesday, News.am reported.
"We see solution of our tasks in mobilization of the society and activating national actions. ANC will resume the suspended dialogue only if authorities turn to them. We will accept it and, in case necessity, will take into consideration," Zurabyan stated.
According to him, the authorities try to change the essence of the conflict of society and illegitimacy of the authorities by empty dispute about the transfer of several dozen tents.
"Authorities, which proved lack of state thinking, did not get that the base for their conflict with the nation is their illegitimacy. Instead of finding solutions and dialoguing with people, the authorities are focused only on reducing the number of people at the opposition rally," Zurabyan stated. "The authorities took an unprecedented transportation blockade of Yerevan, equaling with Baku and Ankara."
Authorities showed anti-democratic essence, which makes useless continuation of the dialogue, Zurabyan added.
