Chairman of the Heritage Party Raffi Hovhannisyan may run for presidency, Tert.am reported.
Talking to the newspaper, Chairman of the Heritage parliamentary group Stepan Safaryan said that the obstacle - 10-year-long citizenship - has been removed. At its forthcoming congress, the party is to discuss the issue.
At his recent public meeting in Gyumri, Hovhannisyan urged people to form "authorities that would obey the people."
