Armenia has left all the regional programmes including gas, oil, road and rail, Secretary of Armenian National Congress faction Aram Manukyan said today, Tert.am reported.
He took part in the conference on the problems of the South Caucasus in Turkey.
Representatives of the liberal parties, NATO and EU political analytical centres attended the conference.
"Oil, gas, road and railways bypass Armenia," he added. "We are not involved in these programmes. This is the result of the unwise policy of our authorities which are hopeless and irresponsible. Moreover, this cannot be fixed tomorrow. These careless authorities sold not only our present, but our future."
He added that Azerbaijani mutual investments in Turkey and Georgia are enormous.
He said that a tripartite Azerbaijani-Georgian-Turkish alliance was established around Armenia.
Manukyan said that in these circumstances, Armenia has not resolved the issue of flights and it is necessary to fly for many kilometres more to get into any country.
