As RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told a news conference in Yerevan today, Armenia's stand on the initiative remains unchangeable, reports Trend.
We consider that the initiative will hamper the negotiation process on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, he said. The Minister is convinced that the resolution is inappropriate and does not reflect the reality.
