( Prime-News ) - The Parliament of Georgia will consider changes to the Election Code this week.
Mikheil Machavariani, Vice Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, stated at the Bureau session today that consideration of the issue should be accelerated.
According to him, the president should sign the changes and it should be done before his resignation.
Machavariani informed that the Bureau session would be held tomorrow, where concrete decision made after today's consultations with the opposition will be considered and approved.
