Georgia, Tbilisi/corr. Trend N. Kirtskhalia/ Irakli Batiashvili, who has been convicted for the intellectual support to the rebellion that took place in Codor ravine, has been released on 11 January, MP David Zurabishvili reported on 11 January. The decree on the pardon was signed by the acting president Nino Burjanadze. Batiashvili was sentenced seven years of the imprisonment. Now, Batuiashvili makes his way to Catholicos- Patriarch Ilya II, who initiated the release of Batiashvili.
