Dimitry Rupel, EU president, Slovenian Foreign Minister, reckons that it is necessary to find out new formats for settlement of the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict, reported Prime-News.
"There is a concern that existed format of negotiations is not favor conflict's settlement and it may be a time come when it is necessary to find out new facilities for conflict's solving", he said.
As for the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict, in accordance with Rupel, the direct dialogue between Tbilisi and Sokhumi, which will be grounded on regular bases, will promote restoring of bilateral confidence building.
