Russian troops withdrew from Georgia's Black Sea port of Poti on Saturday, within a deadline set under a French-brokered deal, a Reuters reporter said.
The reporter saw soldiers in armoured personnel carriers pull out from positions on the outskirts of Poti, reported BBC.
