Georgian lawyers to start protest in front of Parliament

Georgian lawyers will start protest in front of Parliament today with the requirements to make amendments to the Electoral Code.
Lawyers developed amendments to the Electoral Code, consisting of 10 paragraphs.
They include raising the electoral barrier to 50 percent, a complete set of election administration on a parity basis and update voter lists.
The initiative, which is already submitted to the Parliament, signed by 450 lawyers, including Chairman of the Bar Association of Georgia, Zaza Khatiashvili.
