Russia is leading the struggle against Georgia globally, Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili said at the meeting with people in Kutaisi.
According to him, Russia is constantly trying not to permit the use of the terms responding to the interests of Georgia.
"It is necessary to watch what kind of lobby work is exercising in the capital cities of Europe and U.S." Saakashvili said having in mind the work of Russia.
According to the Georgian president Russia wants not only to appropriate the territories but also to kill Georgia as an idea.
"Georgia is a very important idea for Ukrainians, Moldavians, the whole Caucasus, the Central Asia and Russia itself, and they (Russia) do not wish to see us being successful. But we are going to be successful and the symbol of this success is Kutaisi", he said.
