Two people were seriously injured, and several others got bruises and mild injuries due to the collapse of the Georgian market in the town of Kobuleti.
The roof of the building collapsed at 16.30 by local time on Saturday, local media reported. Rescuers and emergency teams immediately arrived to the place of the accident
Medics said, an elderly woman and a teenager were seriously injured. Their condition is serious but stable.
A snowfall which lasted for three days throughout Georgia became the cause of the accident. It accumulated on the roof of the market and led to the partial destruction of the building.
