Georgia, Tbilisi, Nov 6 /Trend N.Kirtzkhalia/
Chief of the Ksani prison No 15 Nukri Khukhua decided to leave his post. He has already filed his resignation, Khukhua told Trend on Tuesday.
"I wrote a report and, if it is satisfied, I will leave the office," Khukhua said.
Some 2000 prisoners went on a hanger strike, demanding the resignation of Khukhua.
If Khukhua leaves office, it will be the second head of the prison, who is forced to resignate immediately after the appointment.
