A delegation of the Georgian Interior Ministry is on a visit to the U.S, Georgia (Henry County). The topic of the visit is public safety and critical cases.
According to the Interior Ministry, the delegation visited the emergency communications center operations, got acquainted with police activity, recruitment, training and development of law enforcement agencies.
Members of the delegation have also visited the Henry County jail. They were informed about the registration of prisoners, their classification and staff training. They have also observed rapid response units and the fire department.
On Friday, the delegation will receive information on emergency operations, visit the emergency operations center and mobile groups. The delegation will patrol with U.S. counterparts during the day.
