Georgian politician Targamadze accused of the organization of riots in the Russian Federation, has been put on the federal wanted list, the press service of the Moscow Central Directorate of the Interior Ministry said, RIA Novosti reported.
Targamadze is charged with the instigation of riots in Russia in conjunction with Russian opposition leaders Sergei Udaltsov, Konstantin Lebedev and Leonid Razvozzhaev.
Previously, the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Markin reported that investigators have evidence confirming both financing of the Russian opposition by Targamadze and his involvement in the organization of mass riots in Bolotnaya Square in Moscow on May 6, 2012.
The Office of the Prosecutor of Georgia stated that Georgia will not extradite Targamadze to Russia, as this is prohibited by the Constitution
