Georgian Prime Minister discusses country’s business environment with major U.S. investor

Georgia's Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili met on Thursday with a well-known investor, managing director at a major U.S. company Franklin Templeton Investments, Mark Mobius, Georgian Prime Minister's press service told Trend.

According to information, the sides discussed country's business environment and its perspectives.

Ivanishvili expressed the hope that the efforts of the new Georgian government in the direction of improvement of business environment will bring results in the near future, and the volume of investments in the country will increase.

In turn, Mobius expressed the desire to invest in Georgia.

The Georgian prime minister noted that Franklin Templeton Investments has an authorized capital of $54 billion and invests in developing countries.
