The Eastern Partnership summit to be held in Vilnius on November 28-29, is being called the summit of the results, as several countries will present significant progress achieved in terms of convergence with the EU, Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze said at a press conference on Wednesday.

According to Panjikidze, the Vilnius summit is of historic importance for further development of cooperation between Georgia and the EU.

"Georgia and the EU will initial the association agreement at the summit," she said. "The agreement envisages the political association and gradual economic integration and makes the country's Europeanisation process irreversible."
