Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili will leave Switzerland tomorrow to make an official visit to Israel.
Garibashvili will meet with Israeli President Shimon Peres, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Parliament Speaker Yuli Edelstein and other Israeli officials, the press service of the Georgian PM told Trend on Jan. 25.
A meeting of the Georgian-Israeli intergovernmental economic commission will be held as part of this visit.
Georgia and Israel will sign a free trade agreement that, according to the Georgian PM, "will be a breakthrough in relations between the two countries".
Previously, Georgia and Israel began discussions with the introduction of a visa-free regime between the two countries.
