Some 41 percent of crimes unsolved in Georgia since beginning of 2014

Some 12,881 crimes have been recorded in Georgia in January-June, 2014, some 7667 of which have been solved, the Georgian Interior Ministry reported.
The coefficient of crime detection is 59.52 percent. The percentage of decrease in crime is 116.91, compared to the same period last year.
In June 2014, some 2,002 crimes were recorded in the country, some 977 of which have been solved.
The coefficient of detection is 48.8 percent. The percentage of decrease in crime was - 25.1 compared to the same period of last year.
