Georgia’s ‘Eurasian choice’ collects signatures

The pro-Russian coalition "Eurasian choice" collected 30,000 signatures in Georgia demanding the restoration of diplomatic relations with Russia.
"They will send the collected signatures to the parliament next week," coalition leader Archil Chkoidze said at a briefing on July 22. "Some 30,000 signatures are required for the legislative initiative in the Georgian parliament."
"Eurasian choice" demands the implementation of the will of the Georgian people and the restoration of diplomatic relations with Russia," Chkoidze said.
"They demand to put the issue to the vote in the parliament," Chkoidze said.
