Georgia denies info about Abkhazia’s participation in Green Week exhibition

Georgian Foreign Ministry has denied the information about Abkhazia's participation in the Green Week agricultural exhibition in Berlin, Germany as an independent state.
The Foreign Ministry said that as a result of the efforts of Georgian embassy in Germany, Abkhazia's participation in the exhibition as an independent state was prevented despite the attempts of the Abkhazian side.
Georgian delegation led by the country's Minister of Agriculture Otar Danelia is participating in the exhibition.
Berlin International Green Week is an important international trade fair held annually in Berlin, Germany, for processors and marketers in agriculture, horticulture and various food industries.
Green Week traditionally takes place at the beginning of the year in the exhibition halls under the Funkturm and is open to the general public.
Earlier, the Abkhazian side said that the Abkhazian products will be presented at the Green Week 2015 exhibition.
Earlier, Abkhazian Apsnipress news agency reported that Abkhazia delegation is participating in this exhibition for the first time.
