Georgia will allocate more than $15.1 million for holding presidential election in the country in 2018, according to the decision of the Central Election Commission of Georgia.
The election of the fifth president of Georgia is expected in October 2018.
The funds allocated for the presidential election in Georgia will be spent on election events (about $11 million), training of employees of election administrations (more than $387,000), TV advertising of electoral subjects (more than $866,100) and financing of representatives of electoral subjects (more than $2.9 million).
