(civil.ge) - A session of the EU-Georgia Cooperation Council will be held in Brussels on November 14, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.
Georgian Foreign Minister Gela Bezhuashvili leads the Georgian delegation, while the European side is led by Erkki Tuomioja, Foreign Minister of Finland, which currently holds the EU presidency, reports Trend.
The participants will focus on Georgia-EU relations, including cooperation within the Neighborhood Policy Action Plan and in the fields of trade and economy, the rule of law and border management. The sides will also highlight Georgian-Russian relations and conflict resolution issues.
Recommendations on the implementation of the EU-Georgia Action Plan in the framework of the European Neighborhood Policy will also be signed, according to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
