How many Russian trucks transported cargo to Turkey?

In November 2019, 483 Russian trucks transported cargo to Turkey, which is 192 trucks less compared to November 2018, Trend reports on Dec. 28 referring to Turkey’s International Freight Forwarders Association (UND).

In November 2019, 35 Russian trucks transported cargo through Hamzabeyli border checkpoint, 86 Russian trucks - through Kapikule checkpoint and two Russian trucks - through Aktas checkpoint.

Besides, 191 Russian trucks transported cargo through Sarp checkpoint (on the border with Georgia), 146 Russian trucks – through Haydarpasa checkpoint in Istanbul, nine Russian trucks – through Samsun port and 14 Russian trucks – through Zonguldak port (Black Sea).

In November 2019, the cargo was mainly transported to Turkey through Kapikule, Pendik, Habur, Yalova, Ipsala, Cesme, Hamzabeyli, Gurbulak, Dilucu and Sarp checkpoints.

A total of 36,571 trucks transported cargo through the Turkish checkpoints, which is 3,821 trucks more than in November 2018.
