Egyptian President Hosny Mubarak is to return back home on Saturday after his gall-bladder surgery in a German hospital, Egypt's state TV reported Friday.
He is expected to arrive at the Red Sea resort of Sharm al-Sheikh in the afternoon, it added, dpa reported.
Earlier this week, doctors said they were happy with Mubarak's recovery, and that he was in good health after the strain of the surgery.
The president had his gall-bladder removed at the Heidelberg University Clinic in Germany on March 6, after being diagnosed with a serious inflammation.
