Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's son Seif al-Islam said in a televised address early Monday that 40 protestors died in Libya, not 250 deaths as what has been reported before, according to Doha-based Al-Jazeera.
He said that protestors attacked the road-blocks in Banghazi because they were angry , Xinhua reported .
He said that dozens of protestors were arrested, including some campaigners.
