Libya's rebel leader Mustafa Abdel Jalil said early Monday that he will resign from the post of the chairman of the National Transitional Council (NTC) once the Gaddafi regime collapses, al-Jazeera reported.
Jalil made the comments during an interview with al-Jazeera, Xinhua reported.
