Four people were killed Saturday by Syrian security forces in raids on the dissident provinces of Idlib and Homs, activists based in Beirut said dpa reported
Three were killed in Idlib, including an army defector, and one in Homs, according to the activists.
They added that Syrian government forces backed by tanks had stormed several areas in Idlib near the Turkish border.
