Five blasts heard in northern Syria, says rights group

Five blasts were heard in Syria's northern province of Idlib, where people were boycotting parliamentary elections in several towns in the province, a rights group said on Monday dpa reported

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said there were no reported casualties from the blasts. It added that people were boycotting the polls in several towns and villages in Idlib.
