Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, in a speech in which he addressed his Syrian counterpart Bashar al-Assad, said Wednesday that the time for change has come, dpa reported.
"Now is the time for change... You will not stay (in power) for longer," Morsi said at a meeting of the Arab League in Cairo.
"The Syrian people have made their decision. There is no room for foot-dragging, procrastination or waste of time."
