Egyptians on Friday held rallies in several cities against President Mohammed Morsi's decree broadening his powers and a constitution drafted by an Islamist-controlled constituent assembly, reported dpa.
Demonstrators were gathering in Cairo's Tahrir Square, the coastal city of Alexandria and the industrial city of Al-Mahla Al-Koubra, chanting slogans against Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood group.
