Turkish Airlines (THY) office in Libya came under an armed attack on Friday, as a result of which one Turkish man was killed, and one woman injured, Anadolu Agency reported.
THY ticket sale center was attacked by unknown people in Tripoli Airport for robbery purposes. The attackers have not been identified yet.
THY accountant Ugur Tezcan was killed while THY sales executive Nadide Nur Duman was injured in the attack, said THY press consultant Ali Genc.
Tight security measures have been taken at the Tripoli Airport following the attack on the THY office.
