OSCE Observers Formed Opinion on Russian Elections Beforehand - Speaker of Federation Council
The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's observers had formed an opinion about the Russian elections long before they took place, RBK quoted the Speaker of the Federation Council Sergey Mironov.
"The OSCE had formed its opinion long before 2 December. There is no doubt about it!" he said. According to Mironov, OSCE always has its point of view - everything that occurs in Russia is anti-democratic, bad and illegal. "They want us very much to have everything differently which is impossible. It will be as we here in Russia want it to be," the Speaker said. He suggested that OSCE should first see what happens in the stronghold of democracy in the United States and other countries. "Once you have experienced this then come and teach us," he said.
