Hong Kong transvestite arrested after brawl outside women's toilet

A male transvestite has been arrested for allegedly assaulting an employee who stopped him going into the women's toilet at a top Hong Kong hotel, police said Tuesday, dpa reported.

The 27-year-old, wearing a long black dress and high heels, allegedly injured the female staff member Monday at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Hong Kong's Wan Chai district.

The employee was treated at a hospital for arm injuries, while the transvestite was arrested on suspicion of assault, a police spokesman said. Investigations were continuing Tuesday.
