Brazilian soccer player Amauri announced on Sunday that he is tired of all the speculations and rumors regarding his enrollment to national team, Xinhua reported.

The forward currently plays for the Italian team Juventus. He says that he will only begin to worry about the national team once he is invited personally by Brazil's Dunga or Italy's Marcello Lippi.

Due to the process of naturalization, Amauri is soon to hold Italian citizenship after wedding to Italian native, Cynthia Cosini.

With his naturalization, the athlete is legally allowed to play for the reigning World Cup champions, Italy. Coincidentally, Brazil will play Italy in London on the February 10. The friendly will be both teams's first game of the 2009 season.

"The way I see it, who ever wants me can come and get me. As I have said before, I will only talk about the subject once I get invited by Brazil or Italy. Once I hear that they want me, then I will talk about a national team," said Amauri.
