Three policemen were killed as a suicide bomber targeted a police checkpoint in Farah province, in west Afghanistan, on Friday, provincial governor Rohul Amin Amini said. "A suicide bomber driving an explosive-laden car blew it up next to a police checkpoint in Balablock district this morning, killing three policemen on duty," Amini told Xinhua.
The attack took place while the people were going to offer Eidul Adha prayer.
