South Korea relaxed its quota on industrial transports to North Korea on Friday after its companies operating in the communist state complained of difficulties in production, officials said.
Since North Korea launched a deadly artillery attack on the South Korean island of Yeonpyeong on Nov. 23, Seoul has banned citizens from traveling to the North's border town of Kaesong and restricted the number of vehicles entering the inter-Korean factory park there, Yonhap reported.
