An earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale jolted the Banda Sea region of Indonesia at 7:29 p.m. Beijing Time on Wednesday, said the China Earthquake Networks Center, Xinhua reported.
The epicenter, with a depth of 150 km, was at 7.4 degrees south latitude and 128.9 degrees east longitude.
