Ukrainian billionaire Viktor Pinchuk will celebrate his 50th birthday on Saturday in style, with a lavish party in the French Alps set to be attended by some 300 guests, DPA reported.
The bill for the event is set to be about 5 million euros (6.6 million dollars), and will include a food spread by the renowned chef Alain Ducasse and a fireworks display, French media has reported.
Cirque du Soleil, the Canadian circus act, is being flown in for the event, set to take place in the resort town of Courchevel, in southern France.
A steel and media tycoon, Pinchuk is also an elite art collector.
