A package bomb was discovered at the Greek embassy in Paris, reported the Greek Foreign Ministry Monday. It was discovered before it could detonate and was safely disabled, reported dpa.
Officials said the package caused no injuries or damage. The package arrived on Monday from Italy and was addressed to the Greek ambassador in France.
Embassy staff called French police, who arrived and detonated the explosive device under controlled conditions, officials in Athens said.
