The United States condemned Wednesday an attack on a bus of Israeli tourists in Bulgaria that left at least three people dead, DPA reported.
"I want to be clear that the United States condemns such attacks on innocent people, especially children, in the strongest possible terms," spokesman Jay Carney said. "The president's thoughts and prayers are with the families of those killed and those injured."
He stressed the strong US relationship with Israel and Bulgaria and vowed to support them in the face of terrorism.
